Venezuela’s populace is facing dire shortages of simple necessities such as medicines, toilet paper, bread, and cooking oil. Now, Electricity Minister Luis Motta announces that a power cut will be enforced to save power.
The Venezuelan government announced another way to save power: By pushing the time zone forward 30 minutes. They blame El Nino for the power shortages. Yeah, that will do it.When all else fails, play the climate card. Socialists never learn, do they?
Venezuela is a prime example as to how Socialism is detrimental to a country. It can never be managed effectively and will inevitably cause a country to implode. The country is in a severe economic depression. People are rioting to gain access to basic essentials we all use in our daily lives
Their Socialist revolution has lasted 17 years and there is absolutely no evidence of improvement. While their Socialist policies are obviously not working, Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro blames Capitalists for being “divided and corrupt” in regards to his extensive mismanagement.
Make up your mind, Señor presidente. Is the Capitalists to blame? The only ones that can offer a way out of this hole? Or is it the vengeful planet taking away all your power sources?
